Spark is an AI workforce platform operated by Elysia Partners Pty Ltd ("Elysia Partners", "we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Spark, you agree to the practices described here.

Who we are

Information we collect

We collect information needed to provide the Spark service, including:

• Account information — your name, business name, email address, and login credentials.
• Business content — information you add to Spark, such as customer contacts, call records, messages, and notes used to run your AI assistant.
• Connected account data — where you choose to connect a third-party account (such as Google Gmail or a calendar), we access data from that account only to provide the features you enable, as described below.
• Usage information — technical and analytics data about how the service is used, to keep it secure and improve it.

Google user data

If you choose to connect your Google Gmail account, Spark requests permission to view your email messages and to send email on your behalf. We use this access solely to provide the email assistant feature to you, the account owner:

• We read your incoming emails only to generate suggested reply drafts shown to you inside Spark.
• We send a reply only after you have reviewed it and explicitly approved it. Spark never sends email automatically.
• We do not use your Google data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, secure, and improve Spark; to provide the specific features you enable; to communicate with you about your account; and to comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing and sub-processors

We share information only with service providers who help us operate Spark (for example, cloud hosting, telephony, and AI language-model providers that process content to generate drafts). These providers act on our instructions under confidentiality obligations and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes or to train their models on it. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Cached message content and access tokens are retained only as long as needed to provide the relevant feature and are deleted when you disconnect the connected account or close your account.

Your choices

You can disconnect any connected account at any time from within Spark or from your Google Account security settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption of access tokens and sensitive data in storage and in transit, and access controls limiting who can view data.

Children

Spark is a business product and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a revised "Last updated" date.
